Tina started Lovework after years of feeling judged within different fitness settings. She wanted to create a studio rooted in showing love to our bodies through movement, no matter your age or size.
Lovework was built as a place where strength and love can exist together, and where everyone is encouraged to move in a way that feels supportive.
Meet our instructors. They show up as your hype girls when you need encouragement and as steady guides when you need grounding. Each one brings their own personality into the room, but they all share the same goal of creating a space where movement feels welcoming and human. You’ll feel that care in how classes are taught and how people are met, from the moment you walk in.

ANALISE
margot
Margot brings equal parts strength and heart to every sculpt class. Her teaching style is challenging without being overwhelming, always leaving room to rest when you need it. She believes strength training should build confidence just as much as muscle—and her classes reflect that.
Analise teaches yoga as a place to land, breathe, and reconnect. Her classes focus on presence over perfection, guiding students to listen to their bodies and move with intention. She’s known for creating a calm and grounding atmosphere that follows you long after class ends.

Becca is all about creating room to breathe, both physically and emotionally. She found yoga during a time when she needed a slower pace, and teaches from that lived experience. Her classes are full of gentle reminders to listen to your body instead of rushing it. She has a calming presence that makes it easy to settle in and simply be where you are.
Yes, we offer drop-in options for all of our classes. This is a great choice if you’re new to Lovework, visiting from out of town, or just want the flexibility to book class by class.
We offer several membership options, including both monthly and annual plans. Memberships are designed to support consistency while giving you access to all of our classes and the community.
We ask that cancellations be made at least 12 hours before class begins. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee, as spots are limited and we want to be respectful of our instructors and fellow members.
