Class begins by waking up smaller muscle groups and building heat through controlled movement. This sets the tone for focused work and helps your body feel supported from the start.

Barre focuses on legs, core, glutes, and arms using small, repeated movements. These patterns keep muscles under tension, which is where strength and endurance are built.

By combining bodyweight work with light resistance, barre challenges your muscles without relying on jumping or heavy loads. The work is steady, demanding, and surprisingly powerful.
